Wedding Photographer York – One of my favourite all-time global places to visit, York is such a great place and it was a real pleasure to be asked to photograph a wedding in York! :-)
Caroline & Reece were married 4th June at the lovely York Marriot, which is just outside the main centre of York, but only a 10 minute (ok – possibly 20 minute with heavy traffic!) drive away.
The wedding service itself took place outside in a little gazebo in the grounds behind York Marriot and the weather stayed perfect. In fact, the weather just got better and better all day. Sun cream was required it got that warm!
After a simple but lovely wedding service, I photographed the group shots and took Caroline & Reece aside for some more intimate photography – just as a warm up session!
A great wedding breakfast followed, and I was treated to a great Marriott burger & chips whilst I did some quick edits for the evening.
More photographs in a little bit of parkland just outside the Marriott followed by the first dance and then a trip to York itself to capture some of the city. Both Caroline & Reece live pretty much in the city centre of York and we did the pre-wedding photography session there also.
The whole day was videoed by 2 Little Ducks (possibly soon to be 2 Little Ducks & a Duckling?? ;-) )
