Christening Photography Gloucestershire - Baby Albert and Dad Sam

Gorgeous little boy Albert and his dad Sam, christened in St Andrew's Church, Leighterton, Gloucestershire.  This was one of those short time frame assignments that you think...should I or shouldn't I?  Especially after shooting an 16-hour wedding the day before (Laura & Dan if you fancy a look).  I am sooo glad I did though. A really lovely couple, from the hardworking farming community in Gloucestershire.  (The field where we parked for the pizza & party after the Christening looked more like a Land Rover showroom!).

A lovely little church with a great vicar and team to help out.  it was packed, which is always nice to see in a church. A very unusual feature of the church was the mural painted on the wall around the altar.  I didn't get a chance to read any info about this, but it is on my radar to go back and have a look. Zoe, Albert's mam, baked and decorated the cake and all the other delicious cakes.  Soft drinks along with the usual beer & cider and best of all a mobile pizza place! Everyone was really friendly and made me feel at home and part of the family.  Best bit?  The tractor photographs!!! p.s.  That view is just outstanding.  it would be an ideal setting for a marquee and a rural/rustic wedding setting!
