GDPR and Photography – your details and information

If you have ever signed up for anything, communicated with a business in the past or just plain given your email address to a company they should be contacting you with “Important Updates” about GDPR and your information.

I run a business and I am no exception. I would have gotten your details from several wedding fayres, wedding exhibitions or from logging into my website.

So.

My Privacy Policy is here.  My Terms & Conditions are here.

If you don’t want to stay in touch I’ll be deleting your details unless you are a current customer who has purchased from me in the last 7 years – and then I’ll be keeping your details just in case HMRC want to carry out an investigation.

If you attend a wedding fayre I am exhibiting at, or view images on my online galleries or buy from the online galleries or contact me in any other way shape or form you may get an email from me now and again. Maybe once every 3 months. It shouldn’t be any more than that.
