Save The Date - What's it all about?
If you’re getting married and would like to alert your guests to your wedding date, you might consider sending them "Save The Date" announcements.
The beauty of Save The Date announcements is that you can advise your guests of your wedding date long before the invitations are mailed. These handy cards let guests know they will be invited to the wedding and allow them to mark their calendars accordingly.
Save The Date announcements are especially useful to guests who may be traveling a long way to get to your wedding and need to arrange transport (or baby / child minding facilities!)
By learning the wedding date in advance, they can book a room or make travel arrangements at a time when it’s most beneficial to do so. For instance, if a certain airline or hotel chain is offering a discount for those who book six months in advance, they’ll be able to make plans within the appropriate time frame.
Save The Date Photo Shoot
This is similair to a pre-wedding shoot that all of our packages have; however with this shoot instead of a print you get a choice of "Save The Date" cards or other funky gifts to send out to your guests.
You can have fridge magnets for instance or postcards or maybe banner card (about the same size as a compliments card). If you really want to make sure your wedding date stays in front of people's faces how about a mug??!!.
The cost for the Save the Date shoot is only £60 and includes:
- The Shoot itself
- Editing of the images and enhanced editing of your selected image
- Printing of your chosen reminders (50 Large fridge magnets, 100 compliments size cards or 50 folded cards - envelopes not included.)
Do I have to Book my Wedding Photography with You?
Nope! However if you do book your wedding photography with Andrew Miller Photography you can choose to have the the 'Save The Date' cards instead of the pre-wedding prints that come with all the major packages.
If your having a smaller wedding and would still like a Save The Date shoot then the cost will be £60
